1983

Founded & Registered

as MACBUILDERS with address at 23 Aviles Street, Ormoc City. Categorized as Category “C” by PCAB.

1984

Acquired lot

at Matlang, Isabel for the utilization of staff for the projects in PASAR and PHILPHOS. 1987 Purchased heavy equipment from a bank loan of 5M.

1991

Awarded rehabilitation

of City Port, Justice Hall and Anilao Bridge all within Ormoc City.

1992

Joint venture with UNIC

and ventured on foreign assisted projects, viz; Lemon-Leyte and Bato-Cahagnaan Road projects.

1993

Purchased another set of heavy Equipment

to meet the increasing demand of DPWH
infrastructure projects.

1995

Awarded the construction of Ormoc City Superdome

by the City Government of Ormoc.
Classified as “AAA” by PCAB and Large “B” by the Inter-Agency Committee for Registration and Classification of Constructors for Infrastructure Projects.

2001

Acquired accreditation from DPWH

for Materials Testing Laboratory.

2002

Awarded the Construction

of San Eduardo Bridge, Oras, Eastern Samar.

2008

Construction of new MAC Builders Office

& MAC Warehouse located at Motorpool Comp., Brgy. Linao Ormoc City.

2009

Construction of MAC Builders Extension Office

2011

ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certified

by the ISC, dated, November 10-12, 2011.

2015

Awarded two major JICA funded projects

in Samar; Construction of Catarman – Calbayog roads. 2017 Construction of MAC Builders extension office in Makati City.

2020

Awarded the construction of Airport to NCC Access Road Phase 3

(Calumpang- Dapdap segment) at New Clark city. The largest Project of the company.

2022

Awarded the improvement of Port

of Guadalupe and Ormoc Airport in Leyte.

2023

Classified as “AAAA” by PCAB

and change its organization from sole proprietorship to corporation.
